Yes, once the Affidavit of Survivorship is notarized, you bring it to the Maricopa County Recorder's Office along with a certified copy of your grandmother's death certificate, and the recording fee is currently $30 for the first page.

A surviving joint tenant can clear title by recording an affidavit that identifies the deceased co-owner and references the original deed. You do not need to record the warranty deed again since it is already on file. (AZ Rev Stat § 33-431)

After recording, the property title will reflect you as the sole owner. Take your documents to the Maricopa County Recorder at 111 S. Third Ave., Phoenix, or you can record by mail.
