In general, you do not have to make any changes. Since her legal identity remains the same, even if she went through a name change, she would still remain as a beneficiary in your documents.
But if you want to make sure that she is still able to receive without too much difficulty or complications, you can draft a codicil where you can state that moving forward your daughter in your will shall also be known under her new name. That document would need to reference your will and be signed, dated, witnessed, and notarized as a will would be.
