Hi, I have a question about Missouri divorce law. Two parties are getting a divorce, and one of them has hidden assets. However, I contacted the judge in the case. Sent in an affidavit as a third party, stating that a fraudulent mechanic's lien had been placed on the property of one of the hidden assets, and that I needed the affidavit to be submitted on file as a record as evidence and I wanted to prosecute one of the parties.
