To address your concerns, your NDA should clearly define pricing information, including negotiated manufacturer rates, as confidential, prohibit disclosure of any financial details that could impact your competitive position, and expressly cover information learned through interactions with other contractors or companies as protected confidential information. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I'm needing to know what type of non-disclosure form I will need for the hiring process so if I have disgruntled employees or have to fire anyone I do not want any of my marketing strategy, sales pricing, or prices of direct from manufacturer products revealed if they do learn anything in the course of their employment with me.

I understand your concern about protecting your sensitive business information during the hiring process. What type of business are you operating, and what specific information do you want to protect?

I have a gutter installation business, starting up a roofing business, but I am in the process of working out a deal with the manufacturing companies on bulk purchases of products we need to complete our services in day-to-day operations.

Have you already hired employees, or are you in the process of hiring new staff?

I am preparing to hire on employees, we have just won a major contract and I am in a mad scramble for expansion and I need to protect any sensitive information that they may learn during the course of their employment for me.

Hi there! My name is Seth, and I am a licensed attorney. I understand you're preparing to hire employees for your gutter installation and roofing business and want to protect sensitive information like marketing strategies and pricing. Could you tell me more about any specific non-disclosure agreements or clauses you're considering?

That is what I'm curious about, what type I will need to be able to protect my more sensitive information in my businesses.

To protect your sensitive business information, you'll likely need a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This can be customized to include specific clauses that address your concerns, like protecting marketing strategies and pricing information. Let's start by considering what specific details you want to include in the NDA. Are there any particular areas or types of information you feel are most at risk?

Yes, my bottom line pricing of what I actually have in the overall service, after I strike a deal with the manufacturing companies on bulk truckload amounts of product, and what the pricing I will be able to negotiate that down to. Also, the contractor I have won the contract with, once my employees start intermingling with theirs I do not want them to be able to find out any financial information about me because I currently am able to underbid these contractors, and that is my plan, to come in and just take over everything, and I do not need any financial information to come out if my employees are able to learn anything throughout the course of business.
