I had a driving incident happen in October of 2023 where a semi-truck intentionally ran me off the road. Another driver witnessed the incident and actually took photos as the incident was happening. Am I still able to press charges against or sue the other driver?
I’m sorry to hear about the incident you experienced with the semi-truck. Were there any injuries or damages resulting from the incident?
Just scratches on the truck and I had to get towed out of the freeway median, but I lost a day of work and it could have been much worse.
Have you reported the incident to the police or any relevant authorities?
I reported it but didn’t receive all the evidence of who the person was, photos, etc., until a few months later.
