The law would require the executor to give whatever is left to your daughter. Just make sure you have her full name and, if possible, her address and Social Security number.

As I read through the will I just created for myself, the residual estate goes to my spouse, but I want to make sure that if he is deceased, it goes to my daughter. Can you make sure that I did that correctly?
