Typically, there is a clause in a person's will that states the priority of death if it cannot be determined with medical precision. The testator will state that they are presumed to have passed first, or the other person is presumed to have passed first, and then the other spouse will mimic that clause in their will.

Did you have any other questions about this situation I can help with?

The eForms will has already been filled out, so where on the document will this directive be stated.

It would be under a section typically listed as "specific bequests/gifts". That is where you list any specific gifts you want to go to specific people/organizations to ensure that they end up with it.
I draft my own wills for clients so I don't know what would be in your template form. You could either gift the Coop directly to the religious organization or you could just put a statement that the executor is to sell it and give the proceeds to the organization.

I hope I was able to clear up any questions you had about the situation. It was my pleasure to work with you and help with your question.
