[TX] Can I get a form notarized out of state?
You can notarize a Tennessee form in another state (like Texas) as long as the notarization is performed by a notary who is commissioned in the state where the notarization takes place (so, a Texas notary if you’re in Texas). What matters is where the notarization happens, not the state that issued the form.
