My mother moved to the USA 60+ years ago. She is of German descent. She is considered a "permanent resident". During this time she married an American, my father, and had a family. But, recently, when we tried to get her ID/drivers license renewed they wouldn't let her. She had to show a valid "permanent resident" card. A passport might work as well for her to get her government ID/drivers license. She probably will not be driving since she is getting on up in age. So, can you please help me get her her "permanent resident" card renewed so she can get her ID?

Yes, I have. I did fill it out the I-90 for her, on paper. She gave me the information needed. But, am worried if I don't fill it out correctly it will delay, or deny, her application. I know the fee for the USCIS for this is over $500, so I want to get it right.

She is going on 91. There is no change to her immigration status or residency, other than the fact that her permanent resident card has expired. It is getting harder for her, and us, the longer she goes without a current ID. Will submit the I-90 form.
