Okay, it sounds like you are looking for a waiver and release of liability for the pool. Hello, I am creating a 12-month lease for prospective tenants. The property has a pool, and I want to create a bulletproof release of liability for any accidental death or medical issues pertaining to the pool. The tenant has children.
