Can my HUD housing evict me and refuse my rent?


Okay, if they have decided that they're going to terminate your tenancy and evict, then they do not want to accept the rent in case you claim that a new tenancy has been created, due to them accepting the rent.
But they are not attempting to evict you for non-payment. It is for whatever dispute your daughter got into that was a violation of the terms of your lease. That will all be heard at the court hearing, with the judge making a determination of whether that was a violation of your lease or not.
If the judge rules in your favor and dismisses the eviction case, then you would be able to pay the rent at that time because they would have to give you a written notice to pay or vacate if they were then going to try and evict over non-payment. So, make sure you set that money aside and have it available to pay immediately if the judge rules for you in court.

I was never given any kind of due process.

I've been told that they are going to file for an eviction after June 10. That’s the day I was told to leave in the Notice to Quit. I’ve tried to pay my rent everyday this month and its being blocked.
