You would want to send them a demand letter first and demand the rent that is due due to their breach. If they do not agree to pay you then you would sue them in state court by filling out the complaint document and serving them.

For a Roommate breaking a lease, would I sue in the state the lease is in or the state the Roommate currently resides?
