My licensed and registered vehicle was towed by my apartment manager for a flat tire which was repaired prior to the tow. I would like to sue to recover the vehicle and for being falsely accused of performing unauthorized repair in the parking lot.

I have picture evidence of the repair, and I can get documentation from AAA, which provided assistance.

Apartment manager is deemed hostile. I only have emails to and from the manager.
