I understand the importance of getting your form notarized correctly. In which state do you currently reside?

Texas

Are you looking to have the form notarized in the state where you currently reside or in a different state?

Current state – Texas

Is there anything else the Family Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured they’ll be able to help with notarizing your form in Texas.

I am the representative of her estate, but I don’t know the amount of annuities. They won’t release it to me, but they say it can likely be done with a small estate affidavit. My father was the beneficiary, but he has passed.

What is the form?

3C-E-210

Yes, you can notarize a Tennessee form in another state, like Texas, as long as the notary is commissioned in the state where the notarization takes place — in your case, Texas.

What matters is where the notarization is done, not the origin of the form.

Okay thank you.

Take care.

You’re very welcome
