Do I make a vehicle power of attorney in my state or the agent's state?
The reason for the POA form is to give my friend POA rights to deliver the car to customs for shipment, in my name. The port is in Baltimore, Maryland.
Should the POA form say "I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of MARYLAND that the foregoing is true and correct" or I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of NORTH CAROLINA that the foregoing is true and correct." ?

...as in, should I say the POA is used in Maryland, or in North Carolina?
