You use the trustee's SSN. If you are the trustee then yes you would use yours.
If I use my social then how does the Trust own the Business?

You use your social security number as the trustee just to have the EIN issued. It's much the same fashion as if I were applying for an EIN for my business and I was listed as the party in control of the business.
