I want to sue someone but i dont really have the money.

this was supposed to be a trade for trade service but she canceled my appointment on my way there so we aggravated for her to just pay full price and now its been going on 5 days and she wont send payment

Perfect, the first step, is a demand letter. it's just a letter, sent via certified mail to her letting her know you intend to sue.
