This assignment is effective immediately upon creation of the Work Product.
Contractor retains no ownership rights after termination of this Agreement.
5. Waiver of Moral Rights
To the extent permitted by law, Contractor waives any moral rights, attribution rights, or similar rights in the Work Product.

Contractor agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by Company, including but not limited to:
