Thanks so much for your patience. Based on what you're describing, you're dealing with multiple overlapping issues: a medical injury from VA care, a home loan dispute, document delivery problems, and what sounds like safety concerns. You likely have potential claims against the VA for medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act, which requires first filing an administrative claim with the agency (28 U.S.C. § 2675) within two years (28 U.S.C. § 2401(b)).

A separate route is disability compensation for injuries caused by VA treatment (38 U.S.C. § 1151). You also likely have options to challenge loan documentation issues under the VA home loan servicing rules, which cover loss-mitigation alternatives such as a short sale, and possibly protective remedies related to the other matters you mentioned. The key is getting these organized and finding the right help, which might include a VA-focused attorney who understands both benefits law and civil claims. Attorneys who represent veterans before the VA must be VA-accredited (38 U.S.C. § 5904).

I need VA laws to assist with timely response when service connection and new medical issues from emergency. Also the VA response to the acts against me medical and VA loan, The programs were not up and active during my emergency. The Documents being sent are not sent to addresses I keep up with Veteran Affairs this creates a document issue. The department of case handler not able to respond, neither can those that answer I'm the department. I have a few matters I need your law.

The first [redacted: date] I was arrested in aware of the warrant. Taken to VA hospital injected in both arms.

Second the ex-husband has been regulating my moves after I returned from 9/11. I need law of protection for any possible assets he possibly may seek.

Third I have VA home loan the documents needed for option of short sale, Does not clarify what happened with my loan. Neither am I allowed to respond on a timely healthy way to Veteran Affairs. How can I get VA law to assist me, When I am constantly under attack physical and mentally.

Fourth the lawyer work needed for this type of business it's been difficult to obtain without VA lawyer guidelines instead of civilian options. This civil side takes yo long and my health continues to get worse. no one available for helping, just lawyer if I can obtain.
