My 7-year-old daughter sustained an injury at a clothing store. The nail of a security tag got lodged into her foot. They are offering $1,000.00 before looking at pictures. Is that enough?

I have an unlicensed in-home daycare which I have had for over 8 years without incident. Last week I had a 14-month-old fall out of a playpen and hit her forehead and face on the tile. I notified the parents immediately and the parents took the baby to the ER for a scan, which came out clear. The baby did have bruising on her forehead and face area.

Hello, we have a large property parcel in Mendocino, CA and have family and friends come to the property to camp, bike ride, hike, etc. We are very concerned about someone getting hurt or that a tree falls on their 150k motor home, etc. I have started a liability release form, but can you recommend additional text? I like the idea of a single sheet of paper and a place for the person to sign, so it’s fast and not awkward for parties involved.
