You can use any of these state-specific templates as a basic general addendum where you fill in the terms you need to change or extend:
- Addendum to Contract 1
- Addendum to FAR/BAR Contract for Sale and Purchase (ACSP-4)
- Addendums to FAR/BAR Contract
