Before setting out the circumstances of this email below, I apologize that I am left with no other option than to escalate this issue to you directly, as it appears that outside of a formal litigation mail to your legal department there is no other way of escalating anything via more conventional means once you have hit a brick wall with the Level 1 and 2 contacts via chat and/or phone.

As such, I am writing to formally escalate a dispute regarding the sale price of tickets I recently listed and sold through your platform. Upon reviewing the transaction details, I noticed a discrepancy between the price I had set for the tickets and the final sale amount reflected in my account.
