A no-contest clause is added to the will itself as a separate point or paragraph. You don't have to include it as a separate document since there's only one will document (TX Est Code § 254.005(a)).
This clause might read: “If any beneficiary under this Will in any manner, directly or indirectly, contests or attacks this Will or any of its provisions, any share of interest in my estate given to that contesting beneficiary under this Will is revoked . . . .”
