In the meantime, you can prepare your parenting plan and any other documents you might need. Once you have the protective order sorted out, you’ll be in a better position to file everything together.

I got out of a long relationship and have 2 children. Never married and I paid for everything and everything is in my name. I want some custody. Do I need a lawyer to send this document in?

I told him he was not allowed a custody agreement until he seemed mental health and a doctor visit for any undiagnosed issues before custody. I think he took that as a way to never do it so he wouldn’t have to go and actually do it so I need to file this to ensure he does those things. I have an order of protection.

It really is. I love that it means honey bee. My whole family loves bees. When my grandpa died and my mom and all her siblings were together after his funeral a bee flew into the house and surround them. We all have bee stuff everywhere. It has become part of who we are. I am glad you get to have the honey bee with you as well.

I have told him in person multiple times by myself… with someone… over the phone and text that there will be no custody agreement until he get mental help and goes to a doctor for undiagnosed medical issues. I believe he will use this as a reason to not get help because I texted him that there will not be a custody agreement until these happens. I have a protective order against him.

I am sorry I filed 3 and the third one is missing from my pile. I am going to try and download it. I have the notice it was filed and stamp but the signed document from the judge is missing.

For some reason I can’t find it right now and it looks like someone printed a fake notice and swapped it out. I know that sound really weird but it looks completely different than the other two I have. I will need to call the court again and get a copy.

I read it and cried when it finally went through and I am a single working mom and this is just really weird. Can you still tell me next steps or is that beneficial to move forward. I need to get this figured out. It is very strange.
