To e-file your uncontested divorce in Maryland, you’ll need the signed and notarized settlement agreement, the Complaint for Absolute Divorce, Civil Domestic Information Report, and the Joint Request to Waive Hearing (if applicable). (MD Family Law Code § 7-103)

Once notarized, scan all documents into PDF format and upload them through Maryland’s MDEC portal using your case number. Pay the filing fee online. After submission, monitor your account for acceptance or any deficiency notices.

I have the contract written up and am about to notarize it in the next couple of days. I need to know which other forms and how to e-file for quicker processing. Maryland is the state.
