You could do a formal name change, that is done by filing a petition with your local court (NM Stat § 40-8-1). You could also provide your passport, license, and statements showing use of the name.

Once you've filled out the petition, you'll need to file it with your local court. After filing, the court will schedule a hearing where you can explain your reasons for the name change. Make sure to bring any necessary identification documents to the hearing. If the court approves your request, you'll receive a court order that legally changes your name.
