What should I do if someone is using fake numbers to harass me and make threats?

Someone is harassing me and using fake phone numbers to make threats against me, and I don’t know how to move forward. I’ve made a couple of police reports, but I don’t know what else I can do. I’m worried this unknown person will make false claims against me legally or at my workplace because they know where I work.

[MN] How do I handle a misdemeanor license citation?

A Shakopee police officer falsely charged me for a misdemeanor that I didn’t commit. I should have been charged for not having an MN license, as I had an active AZ license, but lived full-time in MN and was honest with the officer immediately (I’d assume/hope his camera was on during the speeding traffic stop). What are my options? Now, because of this, I found out MN temporarily suspended my driving privileges in MN. I, without question, want to receive damages for this.

[FL] Am I responsible for my late husband’s credit card debts and at risk of losing the house?

I'm in Florida. My husband passed in April. I am getting requests from credit card companies addressed to "The Estate of..." The house was in his name and I am the successor. There are no other assets or money — we lived month to month. Am I responsible for his debt, and can they come after the house? I think there may be 3–5 different cards, totaling around $10,000.

[CO] Does my grandson have legal grounds for a civil lawsuit against his school for mishandling bullying incidents?

Hi. Two school bullying incidents led to ER visits. The school did not report the first incident to the school department. The bullied student’s classroom schedule was changed. The bully’s classroom schedule remained the same. Second incident — led to unconsciousness. Second incident reported to school department. Police report filed by parent after consultation with hospital social worker.

What are my individual rights as coauthor of a book?

I am the coauther of a book. There are four other authors. The book will be published and released soon. We have a clear royalties agreement, but we don't have an agreement about our individual rights beyond royalties. I want to market and sell my coaching, speaking, and workshop services using the book independently. I don't want to have to ask permission from the other authors, nor do I want to be financially bound or accountable to them for work I do independently. How can I do this legally?
