To add your dad to the deed, you must list all current owners as the grantors and list your dad (plus you and your husband) as the grantees. The grantors are the current owners only (A.R.S. §33-401). You will need to complete a new form. Do not try to alter the old one.

I filled out the quitclaim deed but think it may be the wrong form. We are trying to add my father to my husband’s and my deed.
