Hello, long story short, my spouse and I terminated our daughter's biological father's rights. He was in prison for a long while. And after prison, he got deported, and he's banned from the United States for 20 years. We easily were able to do that due to Arizona laws with him being incarcerated for the length that he was and his ban from the United States.
Within the last 2 years, she has really grown close to him, closer than ever before, and their relationship has been going very well. He's in Mexico and she loves Mexico, we all do, and she's wanting to go and live with him. We're all in agreement that we are okay with that. The biggest factors, though, are: one, she has autism level 2. She's very smart, needs minimal therapy, and where he's at in Mexico has very good autism centers for children.
The second thing is, obviously, we terminated his rights. Are we able to do any type of paperwork that allows her to go live with him? Obviously nothing permanent, in case she wants to come back and live with us. We are working on her dual citizenship.

I had a question about my employer firing me and whether I have a solid case for retaliation. The specific actions taken against me were directly tied to my prior complaint and my participation in a regulatory inspection. On September 9, 2025, I submitted a written internal complaint to company leadership regarding unprofessional and undermining conduct by my manager. No corrective action was taken and my working relationship with my manager did not improve. After I cooperated with the Maricopa County Air Quality inspection on October 23, that same manager became the primary point of contact with the county. When the county issued a corrective-action requirement, management withheld the written directive from me, did not provide training equipment or support, and then represented to the county that I had "failed to satisfy the requirement" before the deadline passed and before reviewing my certificate. On the same day, replacement operators were certified, and I was terminated the following morning despite having completed the required certification on time. Prior to these events, I had never been disciplined, warned, or told my job was at risk.

I'm being illegally evicted by my landlord in Tucson, Arizona, who retaliated against me for asking for repairs. After making a deal with me that I would owe $0 rent until specific repairs were made, he decided that those repairs would be too costly, and so he ambushed me despite our agreement with an eviction summons that was filed on a Friday, meaning that I have no time to prepare or consult my tenants union, and I have to file my defense Monday morning for court Tuesday. I have a massive amount of evidence of his misconduct, but I'm a little sleep-deprived at the moment and struggling to find the forms I need.

I am seeking legal advice regarding unemployment benefits I was eligible for during the COVID-19 pandemic but never received due to identity theft. Someone fraudulently filed a claim using my identity and collected the benefits.
I reported the fraud multiple times to the Department of Economic Security, filed a police report, and have substantial evidence showing I did not receive any funds. I also followed their guidance to file a new claim, but was still unable to obtain benefits. The agency later attempted to hold me responsible for repayment, which I successfully challenged in court and received a judgment in my favor confirming the fraud. I would like to know if I have any legal options to recover the benefits I was entitled to, or pursue action against any responsible parties. Thank you for your time, and I can provide documentation upon request.

In Arizona, is it legal for someone to do "camp work" in exchange for rent at an RV park? If yes, does that include skilled labor? And what if the labor ends up being paid out equals less than hourly minimum wage?

Can I serve someone in Arizona Department of Corrections by mail without special permission from the court?

I have recently started a "part-time" job that practically earns you money the day of based off the commission of products. Though there are special products that require you to pay a difference, then earn the amount back after completion. Unfortunately, I have gotten one of the "special products" for a second time and was unable to pay the difference because it was a ridiculous amount than the previous "special product." When contacting support, I was told ALL of my money would be taken if I cannot make up the difference. Is this a pyramid scam?

Looking for legal advice on a resolution I had put together. In other words, does the resolution cover, at minimum, the basics of what it is to represent?

Hello, I had spoken with a lawyer over the phone who made a suggestion to complete an affidavit of survivorship. My grandmother and I own property and she has passed away. I believe I've entered all the correct information and am ready for the next step, which is getting the notary done. After that, do I just take the affidavit and death certificate, as well as the warranty deed, to the county recorder's office?

I just did the beneficiary deed for Arizona, and I'm unsure of what the spousal acknowledgment is for.
