Hello, I am looking to get some legal advice about a child support modification case.

I have an issue with my former property manager in that she changed the percentage she was getting paid without my authority and also spent company money without my authority in Las Vegas, Nevada.

If I was arrested for suspected DUI, but the blood alcohol content ends up being .07% can I still get my license revoked? I’m in Nevada.

"The biological father resides in Yemen, does not have access to notarial services, and does not participate in the lives of the minor children. Therefore, it is not possible to obtain his signature." This is the wording that I am planning to put in a POA for minors. The father lives in Yemen, and the mother needs to go to Yemen. For that reason, she is in need of this POA to grant authorization to her stepson for all kinds of legal matters when decisions need to be made for the minors.

Coparent is attempting to apply child to a school over 2,000 miles away, using my household’s state benefits as a payment exemption for the school. 50/50 legal and physical. In Nevada, if I have two ESA animals, is the landlord mandated or do they have the choice to waive rental fees and rent deposits for both cats?
