I live in Oklahoma. I moved here from Arizona in October 2025 to buy a home and retire. The home I purchased has undisclosed damage including black mold and windows that do not open.

[OK] Can a used car purchase be canceled if the financing was never finalized?

On Friday the 13th, I got a used car. I contacted the dealership this morning requesting a return due to financial hardship and an error in judgment about my monthly Social Security check and debts and obligations already accrued. I was told that under Oklahoma law, under any circumstance, the car cannot be returned. The lender hasn't contacted me yet for their "welcome call." If they deny me, will the dealership "have" to accept the car back then?
