My niece is wanting to graduate at a private school and ended up moving in with us due to mental health problems within her home. Her parents pulled her tuition, so she will need to stop going to this school she has been going to for 4 years. She has less than 2 months to graduate. I can't get emergency guardianship because I don't think it's under this criteria. Will this pass to get her through her senior year?

I work at a brick manufacturing plant. I’m an electrician. We have access to cameras all over the plant. While I was working 2nd shift, another employee was caught zooming in on my phone to see who I was talking to. It’s a personal phone. He’s not in any kind of authority. My question, is that illegal?

I was accused of something criminally in York County, Pennsylvania. The police executed a search warrant on my apartment and collected evidence. They did not criminally charge me with a crime. I was evicted from my apartment due to breaking the lease agreement of “no criminal activity.” The police dropped the case against me after the investigation concluded. No charges were ever filed. Now, the property management through their legal representatives sent me a demand letter for $4,500. They say I have to pay the full amount in 30 days or contact them. I don’t have even close to that money and am still dealing with the financial fallout from defending myself against the criminal case.
