Hello, I would like to know if I sign this document, it doesn't release the landlords from any liability moving forward. Here's what they sent me: The owners of the property located at Christiana, TN 37037 will provide the tenants a $2500 credit on December rent, in lieu of repairs, for issues related to mice intrusion and pest control. This will be the only such credit applied for the duration of the contract ending on April 30, 2027. Additionally, the owners agree to pay up to $75 per month for continuing pest control service for the duration of the contract and will allow the tenants to choose the company that provides the service.

I just completed a medical power of attorney form for my daughter who is 18.  I (mom) am the first agent.  If we indicated my husband as the 1st alternate agent.  Can just my daughter and I go get the form notarized?  Can my husband sign without being present with notary?

They have not signed any agreement. They are both in their 80s and have been married about 6 1/2 years. She moved back home to TN for health reasons, and he does not want to move with her. Basically, I believe she will keep what was hers and he will keep what was his. No minor children. No major assets. She does have some savings and stock that she had going into the marriage. We are not sure what debts he has. She has no debts.
