So I want to revoke my niece’s full power of attorney over me and I know around the date I signed the paper but not the exact date as it was 8 years ago. And she has full power of attorney, not just power of attorney over one thing.

So I was recently in a Domestic dispute with a guest at my home former ex to be. I was thrown in jail and forbidden to go back to my residnce where i pay evryting and lease under name as well. I want the person to get out of my house this is the only way I can get back into my home. What can I do if they are refusing to leave so I can return.

Where do I find the recording date, docket, and page/sequence number on my warranty deed? I see the recording date with the county, but docket and sequence are not labeled, if they are there.

I have completed the Arizona Beneficiary Deed form. The form says, "Exempt from Affidavit and fee." But when filling out the online form, it directed me to the Affidavit of Property Value. Must I complete the affidavit? It doesn't seem to apply. Also, is the AZ Beneficiary Deed revocable? It doesn't say.

My first question pertains to the text where the trust was recorded. It was established in California on 10/05/2010. Should I set today’s date or the 10/05/2010 date? Question 2 pertains to the SETTLOR(S) section. It was established by one individual, and it was her trust that established the personal asset trust of another individual and passed assets to it.

Two entities purchased a commercial property. One owns 78%, the other 22%. The 22% owner wants to transfer the deed from their S-corp to their LLC. Can we do a quitclaim deed? Do we refer to both current owners as grantors and the 78% with the new 22% owner as grantees?
