As I'm sure you can see, I am very emotional, and I don't want to submit a document with information that could cause me problems. My vehicle was damaged by negligence from a condo. A couple days after they fixed the issue at the condo, they did acknowledge and say they would pay for the damages. We did not go through insurance—I was not covered—so we waited for them to pay it. They have not returned any calls. It is my mother’s condo, so she has done her best to help. All we want is for the damages, and maybe the car we had to rent in the meantime, to be paid for. Is there a case here?

My roommates and I are renting and are having issues with our landlord. We live in Kissimmee, Florida. Yesterday our landlord told us we can no longer flush toilet paper in the house. He claims that it’s the cause of a recent mainline backup. We have been experiencing this issue since two days ago. We notified our landlord one day ago as of December 18, 2025. He still has not sent a plumber out, and we cannot take a shower because the water backs up into the shower. We have not considered legal action yet and do not know how we can proceed. Services and Utilities Landlord will only provide the services and utilities as specified in the Basic Terms and as otherwise required under applicable law. Hi. This is regarding immigration help. My wife and I are having to extend her visa waiver (Citizenship: Spain) and we were going through a lawyer, but the cost last minute was extreme. We were prepared for about half of what showed up on the invoice. We have to file by October 25th and we want to do this legally, but we don't have much time. You see, after telling us a process that would be illegal for her (and would result in her deportation) the CBP officer at the Miami Airport informed my wife that if she left and tried to return to the US to visit me, that she would be detained and we are worried that if she leaves, we won't be able to be with each other/live together for the foreseeable future. When I deal with homeowners who want to build a house, I usually refer them to my vice president so she can gather their information and assist them with their bank financing.
